februrary mid to high 60’s? warm enough for me start wearing shorts again? yes indeed. the weather has been amazing these last couple of days. except for today. its windy. but the sun is out. anyways, for februray being like this is odd. but i think it will only mean we will have a warmer summer, i guess.
so monday i decided to go out for a bike ride. unfortunately, the only bike around in my house was mom’s beach cruiser. so i hopped on the bike and rode over to spensers. and it was rad. probably one of the most comfortable bikes that i have ridden. but they looks i got were not so accepting. for one, the bike is purple and silver, it’s a girls bike. and it has a basket in the front. not the best impression. but i rocked it because i’m awesome like that you see. so i rode over to spensers and hung out. and he decided to try and bmx the bike.

yes. no, i didn’t freak out because +44 played ‘dammit’ on the honda civic tour. actually, i did. its really because jeremy turned 21 today. cake, bbq, presents, friends & family. awesome. here’s a picture of jeremy, sean, spencer, and me:
yeah, i know what your thinking. we all DO have mustaches. for any reason you ask? because its mustache march. the holiday in which you grow out a mustache with friends and family. girls, you can do it too. i like a little upper lip hair. actually i don’t. and if you grow one out, then i feel a little sorry for you and your hormones and your not my friend.
anyways, the rules are quit simple. on the 28th or 29th of february, you clean shave your whole face. you let everything grow and not shave until the 15th. and on the that day you shave everything on your face, except, your mustache in which is called ‘the island’. you go the rest of the month growing and keeping your sweet stache as awesome as possible. and on the 31st you see who has the best.
this is probably one of the funnest months ever. so try it!

today was very weird. it is the only the second time i have ever seen some one break emotionally in-front of a crowd. as i was entering target, to my left (where the food court is) this middle aged women was on the phone asking for help. then she started grabbing people crying and whimpering for help. as i looked more in, i saw that either her mother or grandmother was falling off the chair she was sitting at. it had looked as if she was dying.
i heard the most retched screech from this women when her family member fell to the floor of target. i walked by witnessing this. and thought, “this is just like the time i walked by someones house that was on fire and i didn’t do anything.” would i be considered a horrible person because i didn’t help? who knows. i honestly feel really bad about myself. the last time i saw someone break down like that is when my dad saw his mom (my grandmother) lying dead in the morgue. so it is kind of surreal. there was nothing i could do.
